Warehouse Supervisor (2nd & 3rd Shift)Are you an experienced leader with a passion for warehouse operations? Join a dynamic team as a 2nd or 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor and take charge of overseeing the daily administration and operation of our warehouse.Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct warehouse staff to ensure materials are received, stored, and shipped according to established procedures.
  • Lead day-to-day activities, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing technical guidance on complex issues.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management, including auditing goods received and overseeing material storage.
  • Review warehouse operations to maintain space utilization, equipment protection, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity, quality, and safety while promoting core company values.
  • Assist in maintaining a safe work environment and help resolve warehouse-related issues.
  • Ensure routine paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
  • Work within allotted budget for overtime while maintaining operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree a plus).
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring staff.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on warehouse experience.
