Position Overview:
The VP & Controller are responsible for managing accounting, account analyses, audits, taxes, and compliance across all business units under company. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position is key to managing accounting responsibilities and processes to support the company's rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and review financial statements for management and external entities.
- Ensure strong internal controls and adherence to GAAP.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Assist the CFO and Director, FP&A in the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
Financial Operations:
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Supervise tax filings and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Cash Flow & Cost Management:
- Oversee cash flow reporting and manage debt compliance.
- Assist in identifying process weaknesses and implementing controls.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial operations and enhance processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Certifications: CPA highly desirable.
- Experience: 5-7 years of progressive financial management experience.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial regulations.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Business Central, Oracle).
- Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
