Job Title: Universal Banker
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $50,000+ depending on experience

Seeking an experienced Universal Banker to join a community-focused financial institution in Middletown, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused banking professional who enjoys building relationships, opening new accounts, and providing exceptional service while supporting the daily operations of the branch.

Responsibilities
  • Open new consumer and business accounts while assisting customers with a variety of banking needs
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine banking transactions
  • Balance cash, maintain accurate records, and assist with daily branch operations
  • Support branch management and collaborate with lending staff to deliver outstanding customer service
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of banking experience in a Teller, Universal Banker, Branch Administrator, or similar role
  • Experience opening new accounts and assisting customers with banking products and services
  • Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills; high school diploma required (college degree preferred)
