Job Title: Universal Banker

Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 annually

Seeking a versatile, customer-focused Universal Banker to open new accounts, handle everyday banking transactions, and support branch operations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service for deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
  • Open new accounts and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and administrative tasks
  • Support lending initiatives and help resolve customer concerns
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures
Qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience as a teller, branch administrator, or similar banking role
  • Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Proficient with banking systems and technology
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
