Job Title: Trust Officer – Estates, Trusts & Special Needs Trusts
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $90,000+ annually, depending on experience

We’re seeking an experienced Trust Officer to manage and administer a portfolio of fiduciary accounts, including Estates, Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, and Agency accounts. You will serve as the lead relationship officer, working closely with attorneys, accountants, beneficiaries, and co-fiduciaries to ensure accurate administration, compliance, and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day administration of assigned accounts, demonstrating strong fiduciary knowledge.
  • Evaluate discretionary payment requests and provide informed recommendations.
  • Conduct annual account reviews and present findings to the Trust Administrative Committee.
  • Develop new business through referrals, Centers of Influence (COI), and professional networking.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing fiduciary accounts, including estates, trusts, and special needs trusts.
  • Strong knowledge of fiduciary law, tax reporting, and trust administration.
  • MUST have experience with Special Needs Trusts
  • MUST be bilingual Spanish
