Job Title: Trial Attorney
Location: Hudson Valley
Salary: $90,000 to $145,000, depending on experience

Seeking a dedicated Trial Attorney to join specialized litigation team. This role allows attorneys to focus exclusively on litigation and trial work without intake or appeals responsibilities. Candidate must be able to train in Newburgh; flexibility of working from home or from other locations after training.

Responsibilities
  • Handle cases beginning at depositions through conferences, litigation, and trial
  • Appear in court throughout the Hudson Valley region
  • Collaborate with managing attorneys and the motions team
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and internal legal teams
Qualifications
  • 1–3+ years of litigation experience (ADAs and insurance defense attorneys strongly encouraged to apply)
  • Courtroom experience and strong litigation instincts
  • Ability to train in Newburgh and occasionally attend in-office meetings
  • Experience in personal injury litigation is a plus
