Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer
Location: Scotchtown, NY (Office-based with occasional travel)
Job Type: Full-Time
Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to support sales efforts for our critical power products and services, including UPS, power conditioning, and generation systems. This role is a key point of contact for technical proposals, customer requirements, and solution development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals
  • Support Regional Sales Managers and key accounts
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend product solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers
  • Maintain sales documentation, CRM updates, and pricing tools
Qualifications:
  • BS in Electrical Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5+ years of technical sales support in electrical or critical power systems
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; CAD and CRM experience a plus
