Provide exceptional customer support for medical simulation products, requiring technical expertise, strong communication, and a dedication to service.Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with product knowledge and expertise
  • Resolve product issues promptly
  • Log and track support calls in Salesforce
  • Develop documentation for common issues
  • Inform management of trends or unusual activities
  • Recommend product or system improvements
  • Access internal resources to assist users
  • Develop and test new products
  • Meet departmental and company KPIs
  • Support via chat, phone, and email
  • Document cases and handle part inquiries
  • Collaborate internally for effective solutions
  • Report and escalate customer feedback
