Job Title: Mid-Atlantic Regional Account Manager
Location: Territory includes NY, NJ, PA, MD, DE, WV, VA
Salary: $90,000–$110,000/year
We’re hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to identify, recruit, and manage customer accounts in the lumber and building materials industry. You’ll play a key role in growing our regional presence through strategic relationship building and effective sales tactics.
What You’ll Do:
  • Develop new customer accounts and drive regional sales growth
  • Manage existing accounts, billing, and customer retention
  • Travel regionally (3–4 days/week) to engage clients
  • Provide market insights to internal teams
  • Collaborate on marketing and promotional efforts
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and events
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years in outside sales with a strong closing record
  • Experience in the building materials industry preferred
  • High school diploma required; college degree a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
 Details:
  • 60% travel, including frequent overnight stays
  • Home office environment; some physical activity required
  • Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (occasional evenings/weekends)
