Job Title: Team Manager
Location: Pine Bush, NY
Salary: $25 hourly

Seeking Team Manager to oversee daily operations, support field staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for both customers and team members throughout the workday while helping maintain quality standards, scheduling efficiency, and team accountability. This position offers opportunities for growth and expanded responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily communications with customers and team members, including scheduling updates, issue resolution, and support through the ZenMaid platform.
  • Supervise field operations through spot checks, quality inspections, and coverage of shifts when team members call out.
  • Lead monthly team meetings and maintain professional standards for uniforms, equipment, and overall team presentation.
  • Communicate urgent operational issues to ownership, including vehicle problems, property damage, injuries, or emergencies.
Qualifications:
  • Previous supervisory, team lead, or management experience in a service-based environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to handle scheduling changes and day-to-day operational challenges.
  • Comfortable using scheduling and workforce management software; experience with ZenMaid is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, flexibility to respond to operational needs, and ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
