  • Oversee Corporate Compliance Program
  • Ensure timely submission of regulatory documents and stay informed on new legislation.
  • Enforce strict compliance with organizational rules and state/federal agency requirements.
  • Verify compliance with Social Services Law, Deficit Reduction Act, and Not for Profit Revitalization Act
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for Compliance program.
  • Supervise Risk Assessment, Corporate Compliance, and Incident Review reporting processes.
  • Provide monthly reports on compliance activities to Corporate Compliance Committee and management.
  • Manage compliance communication program, including training for new hires and ongoing education for all employees.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled internal reviews of program records, billing information, and internal audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
