Job Title: Senior Staff Accountant
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $65,000+ annually

Seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join global finance team. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to grow their career in a dynamic international business.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage international customer and vendor accounts
  • Prepare sales orders, invoices, and reconciliations
  • Review expense reports and oversee sales tax filings
  • Coordinate with overseas affiliates and external partners
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of accounting experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
