Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Salary: $100,000+ annually, depending on experience

Seeking a seasoned Senior Electrical Engineer to lead complex design projects, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to impactful, innovative building solutions within a people-first engineering firm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead electrical design for large, complex, and multi-disciplinary projects
  • Review and approve advanced calculations, reports, and construction documents
  • Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
  • Engage with clients, provide technical expertise, and support business development
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience
  • Strong leadership skills and proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and analysis software (SKM/ETAP)
