Job Description

Shipping/Receiving Coordinator  TEMP TO HIRE, 2nd SHIFT  
  • Entry into customer-required systems receipt of parts and related PO verification processes
  • Coordination of creation of parts travelers and “traying up” of parts
  • Delivery of received product to operations staging areas
  • Shipping
  • Prepare completed parts for shipment to customers as needed
  • Prepare invoicing to customers
  • Prepare any required export paperwork and properly execute export standard work
  • Arrange for part pick up / shipments with couriers, trucking companies, and parcel delivery services as needed
  • Assist the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator with WIP and parts status questions and resolution
  • Assist purchasing and operations with any receipts or deliveries as needed
  • Assist with the unloading and loading of parts when needed
  • Visual inspection (incoming)

Hours are Mon - Fri, 2:50PM - 11PM
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer skills (Excel, Outlook, Business Software)
  • Good written communication skills
  • Knowledge of and enthusiasm for CORE and other continuous improvement tools and projects
  • Ability to work overtime (weekdays and weekends)
