Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding service needs, scheduling, and updates.
- Coordinate service appointments and communicate with technicians and other team members to keep work moving efficiently.
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, availability, and related service needs.
- Maintain accurate service records, customer information, and follow-up communication.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
- Previous experience in a service coordinator, service advisor, parts, or similar customer-facing position.
- Ability to stay organized, prioritize multiple requests, and provide timely follow-up.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with both customers and internal service staff.
