Job Title: Septic/Sewer Superintendent
Location: Fishkill, NY
Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 annually

Seeking Septic/Sewer Superintendent to oversee septic and sewer installation field operations throughout the Hudson Valley. This role is responsible for leading crews, coordinating projects, supporting technical estimating, and ensuring each installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily field operations for septic and sewer installation projects, including crew coordination, labor planning, equipment, materials, scheduling, and jobsite execution.
  • Conduct site visits, review project scope and site conditions, and prepare accurate technical estimates for assigned opportunities in partnership with the Business Unit Leader.
  • Manage projects from mobilization through completion, coordinating inspections, suppliers, subcontractors, customer communication, and overall project profitability.
  • Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement while coaching and developing installation crews.
Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with septic and/or sewer installation, including field leadership, project coordination, and knowledge of installation best practices.
  • Ability to read plans, assess site conditions, estimate labor/material/equipment needs, and manage projects to meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality expectations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build, train, and hold crews accountable.
  • Working knowledge of OSHA, environmental, regulatory, and inspection requirements related to septic/sewer installation projects.
