Salary: $60,000+ depending on experience

Seeking a Senior Designer with a passion for creating innovative, visually stunning, and strategically aligned design work across packaging, branding, and marketing. You’ll collaborate with the Director of Business & Product Development to shape new product lines, transform brands, and elevate the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute packaging, branding, and marketing materials across print and digital platforms.
  • Lead creative direction for product styling, photography, and campaign visuals.
  • Develop cohesive visual identities for new product launches and seasonal collections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative consistency and brand alignment.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of professional design experience in a product-based company or creative agency.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; experience with photography and content creation.
  • Strong sense of color, typography, and layout with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving priorities.
