- Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned studio partners.
- Manage schedules for product innovation tied to theatrical releases.
- Align internal capabilities with studio expectations through clear and consistent communication.
- Oversee concept creation, design approvals, and ensure all outputs meet brand and studio guidelines.
- Track revisions and approval stages while coordinating closely with creative teams.
- Develop and manage detailed timelines for all project phases.
- Ensure timely delivery of all materials in sync with release dates.
- Proactively resolve any scheduling issues or delays.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with studio contacts.
- Provide regular status updates, manage expectations, and serve as the main point of contact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, design, and sales.
- Translate studio requirements into actionable deliverables for internal departments.
- Maintain detailed documentation of project developments, communications, and milestones.
- Create comprehensive reports highlighting progress, challenges, and key resolutions.
- 5+ years of experience in account/project management in the entertainment, theatrical, or licensing industry.
- Strong understanding of licensing, product development timelines, and approval workflows.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously.
