Location: Beacon, NY Salary: $40,000 annually with bonus/commission potential Schedule: Friday through Monday from 11am to 6pm (to start)
Seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-end designer boutique in Beacon, NY. This role is ideal for a strong salesperson and stylist who understands the fashion industry, enjoys building long-term client relationships, and can take ownership of the store’s sales, customer experience, and daily operations.
Responsibilities
Drive store sales through personalized customer service, styling, storytelling, and proactive client outreach while building and maintaining a strong client list.
Work directly with clients to curate complete looks, recommend merchandise, source or hold pieces, and develop long-term relationships that encourage repeat business.
Oversee daily store operations, including associate scheduling and training, POS operations, merchandising, pricing, stocking, and maintaining an elevated store presentation.
Lead associates in meeting sales goals while developing a strong understanding of the brand, designer collections, brand ethos, and natural dye process to effectively represent the company.
Qualifications
1–3+ years of boutique, luxury retail, fashion sales, or similar experience, with previous supervisory or leadership responsibilities.
Proven sales ability with experience building client relationships, developing a client book, and providing personalized styling or wardrobe recommendations.
Strong knowledge of fashion and the high-end boutique environment, with the ability to confidently curate looks and communicate the value and story behind merchandise.
Creative, energetic, and self-motivated with excellent customer service and communication skills, a hands-on leadership style, and weekend availability.
