Title: Commercial Inside Sales
Location: Scotchtown, NYCompensation: $60-80k annually depending on experience
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large, multi-platform initiatives across our organization. This role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on project execution to ensure successful delivery that aligns with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee complex projects from planning to completion
  • Develop implementation plans, schedules, and resource forecasts
  • Lead project teams, monitor deliverables, and communicate progress
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and cross-departmental collaboration
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and drive process improvements
  • Supervise and develop assigned staff

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of project management experience (or equivalent)
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Able to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 25 pounds
