Job Title: Business Development / Sales Executive
Location: Middletown, NY
Salary: $85,000+ base, depending on experience, with commission
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm; Hybrid - Office and Field Work

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of warehouse owners, managers, contractors, and brokers through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct site visits, uncover operational needs, and present design-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with in-house designers to prepare layouts, quotes, and project proposals.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and maintain strong follow-up to drive repeat business.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial or construction preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with a hunter mentality and relationship-building ability.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with the discipline to manage a hybrid field/office schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout NY, NJ, CT, and PA.
