Job Description

Job Title: Lumber & Building Material Sales Manager
Location: Montgomery County, Texas
Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 annually with bonus opportunity

Seeking an experienced Department Manager to lead team in Conroe, TX. This person will oversee sales growth, manage budgets and P&Ls, and lead a team of traders who buy and sell industry products. The manager will also handle key accounts directly and report to the Vice President.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of traders
  • Drive sales growth and execute business strategies
  • Manage departmental budget and P&L
  • Oversee trading activities and support key accounts
  • Travel as needed for meetings, visits, and trade shows
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of sales and buying experience in building materials industry
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
