Job Title: SOC Analyst
Location: Montvale, NJ
Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually

Seeking SOC Analyst to support enterprise security operations, alert investigation, vulnerability management, and remediation tracking. This role is ideal for a strong communicator who enjoys working closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to improve detection, reduce risk, and strengthen security processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor, triage, and analyze security alerts to determine legitimacy, root cause, and business impact.
  • Review vulnerability data, research findings, and support prioritization and remediation planning.
  • Communicate investigation results, risks, and remediation guidance clearly to IT leadership and technical teams.
  • Support improvements to security tools, alert tuning, DLP controls, documentation, runbooks, and system hardening efforts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in security operations, vulnerability management, or endpoint protection analysis.
  • Familiarity with enterprise detection, endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment tools, CVE analysis, and risk-based prioritization.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms, Active Directory, group policies, scripting, automation, reporting tools, or cybersecurity/cloud certifications preferred.
