Job Description

Job Title: Retail Associate
Location: Warwick, NY 
Salary: $18 to $20 hourly, depending on experience

Seeking Retail Associate who enjoys working with customers in a steady, community-based environment. This is a customer-facing position focused entirely on retail service.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly, professional customer service at the front counter
  • Process drop-offs and pickups accurately using POS system
  • Handle cash and credit transactions responsibly
  • Maintain store organization and coordinate coverage with team members as needed
Qualifications:
  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work Monday–Friday 8:30am–3:00pm and Saturday 10:00am–2:00pm
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to assist with shift coverage when needed
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
