Job Title: Regional Sales Manager
Location: Highland, NY
Salary: $50,000 annual base with commission
Schedule:  Up to 25% travel and one remote day a week when not traveling

Seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts within an assigned territory. This role is responsible for growing market share, strengthening distributor and representative partnerships, and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities:
  • Drive regional sales growth by developing new business, expanding existing accounts, and executing territory sales strategies.
  • Build, support, and evaluate distributor and manufacturer representative relationships through training, joint sales calls, and ongoing performance management.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers while collaborating with engineering, marketing, customer service, and operations to deliver exceptional customer support.
  • Maintain CRM data, sales forecasts, and pipeline activity while providing regular performance reports and market insights to leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of technical or industrial B2B sales experience.
  • Proven experience managing independent sales representative and distributor networks with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
