Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and identifying top talent. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and passionate about creating a positive candidate experience while supporting hiring managers through the full recruitment process.
Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions from entry-level to management. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies. 
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and community outreach. 
  • Screen applicants, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. 
  • Maintain job postings, applicant tracking systems, and position descriptions. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process. 
  • Build talent pipelines and attend local job fairs and recruiting events. 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required. 
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. 
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and online recruiting platforms. 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Experience sourcing through LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed, and other social media platforms. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Willingness to travel locally for recruiting events, with occasional evening or weekend availability. 
Preferred
  • SHRM Talent Acquisition credential. 
  • Experience developing creative recruitment campaigns and diversity-focused sourcing strategies.
