Job Title: Purchasing Agent
Location: Ellenville, NY
Salary: $55,000–$65,000

Seeking a Purchasing Agent to oversee procurement of glass, coatings, hardware, and materials for custom production. Responsibilities include creating and coding purchase orders in QuickBooks, managing vendors, ensuring accurate cost tracking, and supporting production and engineering teams.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing or construction preferred)
  • Strong QuickBooks and cost-tracking skills
  • Knowledge of taxable vs. non-taxable purchasing
  • ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
