Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Kingston, NY Area
Salary: $50,000 annually

Seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential apartment communities. This role is responsible for financial performance, marketing initiatives, resident relations, and staff supervision, traveling between two locations in Ulster County.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily property operations including financial reporting, rent collections, delinquency management, and audit-ready compliance.
  • Lead marketing and outreach efforts, including community engagement, lease-up support, waitlist management, and apartment showings as needed.
  • Supervise onsite staff and maintenance operations, ensuring timely work order completion, unit turnovers, and overall curb appeal.
  • Enforce lease compliance, manage resident relations, handle notices and evictions, and complete inspections, recertifications, and corrective actions accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of apartment or residential property management experience; lease-up experience a plus.
  • Strong marketing, customer service, and operational leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Yardi or similar property management software.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
