Job Description

Our client, an established public and private infrastructure construction firm is adding a new Sr. Project Manager for their Orange County location. 
Summary: Projects are diverse including general construction, sitework, concentration in utilityinfrastructure, wastewater, stormwater and water treatment. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  1. Schedule creation and maintenance
  2. Procurement process for POs and contracts
  3. Project Financials monitoring and record keeping
  4. Project status monitoring for quality, schedule and scope adherence
  5. RFI and submittal process & logs with design teams and governmental agencies
  6. Proficient in written and oral communication skills
  7. Regular project on-site field visitation
  8. Administration of project coordination meetings
  9. Administration of requisitioning process for subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  10. Administration process for all project AP/AR process project reporting to corporate leadership
  11.  Commitment to team collaboration and support
Experience/Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of experience in formal construction project management
  2. Proficient in technology skills in Excel, WORD, Power Point, MS Project, etc.
  3. Valid Driver’s License 
  4. Highschool or equivalent (Required)
  5. Working with Municipalities (plus but not required)
