Seeking a highly organized and people-focused Project Coordinator to join our growing team. Acting as the bridge between sales, production, and customers, this role ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working with both homeowners and production crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with customers: review project details, provide updates, and conduct site visits.
  • Handle project administration: manage permits, maintain documentation, and support scheduling.
  • Support and train production teams: provide guidance, solve problems, and ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications
  • Experience in construction coordination, waterproofing, restoration, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
