Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Warwick, NY
Salary: $80,000 to $95,000 

Seeking Production Manager responsible for overseeing all manufacturing activities, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production operations.
  • Schedule manufacturing activities with Operations Manager to meet inventory and customer demands.
  • Manage raw material and supply requisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with approved manufacturing methods and quality standards.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance reporting and workplace safety.
  • Lead, train, and develop production staff.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing
  • 5+ years of manufacturing supervision in a job shop environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 9000:2015 standards.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including ladder climbing, forklift operation, and safety gear use.
