Job Title: Production Coordinator
Location: Goshen, NY (local travel required)
Salary: $65,000+ annually, depending on experience

Seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Production Coordinator to oversee residential projects from post-sale through completion. This role serves as the key liaison between homeowners and production teams, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with homeowners after sale to verify selections, explain installation process, and coordinate next steps
  • Prepare permit documentation and organize materials needed for each project
  • Communicate with and oversee production teams, tracking project progress and payments
  • Conduct final walk-throughs with inspectors and homeowners, manage job costing, and support review collection
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in construction coordination, project management, or production oversight
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active projects
  • Clear and professional communication skills with homeowners, crews, and inspectors
  • Self-motivated team player with leadership ability and problem-solving skills
