Job Title: Product Support Specialist
Location: New Windsor, NY
Salary: $20 hourly

Seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for advanced LED lighting systems. This role combines problem-solving, customer service, and technical aptitude to support customers, installers, and specifiers. This is not an IT support position.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and video to customers, specifiers, and installers
  • Troubleshoot lighting system issues including wiring, controls, dimming, and power configurations
  • Interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and installation documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex technical issues
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical, electrical, construction, manufacturing, home improvement, or related industry
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn technical products and systems
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, product specifications, and technical documents
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or ticketing systems; Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training preferred
