Location: Warwick, NY
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Duration: 6 weeks (with potential for extension, but no guarantee)
Pay Rate: $20/hourJob Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Maintenance Porter to assist with property maintenance tasks during our maintenance supervisor's leave. This temporary role offers the possibility of becoming long-term, though it will remain part-time if extended.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver notices to tenants as needed.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing lightbulbs (no ladders or power tools required).
  • Clean common areas, including two laundry rooms and community spaces.
  • Ensure the property remains clean and organized.
Requirements:
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks independently.
  • Attention to detail and reliability.
  • Comfortable with a temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.
Start Date: As soon as possible
