Parts/Customer Service Rep
Location:Middletown
Job Summary
As a Parts/Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in supporting our retail operations by providing both parts-related and customer service assistance to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, filing, receptionist duties, and handling customer inquiries and orders over the phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks related to parts inventory and customer orders
- File and organize customer and parts-related documentation
- Assist customers at the front desk, answering phones, and providing exceptional service
- Develop a strong understanding of our product offerings to effectively assist customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to process and fulfill customer orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications
Required:
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a parts or inventory management role
- Knowledge of major household appliance products and specifications
Working Conditions:
This is an office-based roleHours are 8:30 – 5:00 Off on Sunday and one other day of the weekSaturday is a must.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitiv salary $18-20 per hour DOE Temp-Hire role1/2 Medical paid up to $400401/k offered after one year of employment with 4% match
