Now Hiring: Part-Time Security Guard – $19/Hour
Are you a dedicated security professional looking for a part-time opportunity? We are seeking a reliable and proactive Security Guard to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our residents. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for public safety, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:Security & Safety: Maintain order, monitor video surveillance, conduct security checks, and respond to incidents.
Customer Service: Interact with residents, answer in-house calls, and assist with safety and building operations.
Incident Response: Handle crisis situations, call emergency services when needed, and complete incident reports.
Operational Support: Manage package deliveries, maintain security logs, and assist with office organization in the absence of the Security Supervisor.
Part-Time Schedule:
✔ Education: High school diploma or GED required.
✔ Certification: Must have a valid NYS Security Guard License and 8-Hour Annual Certificate.
✔ Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to identify security risks.
✔ Flexibility: Must be available for weekends, overtime, and vacation coverage when needed.
