Job Title: Outside Sales Representative 
Location: Texas & New Mexico Territory
Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 annually
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
Travel Requirement: 50–70% travel with approximately 2–3 overnight stays per week.

Seeking an Outside Sales Representative focusing on developing new business, growing existing accounts, and building long-term relationships throughout Texas and New Mexico. Ideal candidates are self-motivated sales professionals who enjoy travel, networking, and helping customers succeed. 
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and close new accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers throughout the assigned territory.
  • Conduct presentations, attend industry events, and represent the company at trade shows and networking opportunities.
  • Travel extensively throughout Texas and New Mexico to meet with customers, gather market intelligence, and support business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain call reports, travel schedules, budgets, and ongoing communication with management regarding business opportunities and market trends.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, college preferred; minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.
  • Building materials industry experience and advanced sales/closing skills required.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and ability to travel 50–70%, including frequent overnight travel.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and account management skills; college degree preferred.
