Admininistrative Support/Business Office Support-Temporary and Part-Time

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Accounts Payable Department with all functional aspects, up to and including, invoice auditing and processing, vendor verification, assisting with employee purchasing requests and paper & electronic filing of all documents for storage audit purposes. Help with other various tasks as required within the department.

Minimum Qualifications
•    Associates degree and three years of experience or the work equivalent
•    Strong technical background, solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles in a non-profit setting
•    Proficiency with Quickbooks and MS Excel a MUST
•    Strong communication skills
•    Organized and precise with high attention to detail
•    Ability to work both independently and as a team
•    Ability to multi-task
