Job Summary
The HR Manager/Office Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce and culture of our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Duties
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
  • Oversee employee evaluation processes, ensuring fair and consistent assessments.
  • Maintain and optimize the Human Resource Information System for effective data collection and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop budgets related to HR functions.
  • Administer payroll systems 
  • Lead program management efforts for various HR initiatives including training, development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.
Skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Experience with working in a Manufacturing setting
  • Proficiency in Infor Cloud Suite
  • Experience in employee evaluation techniques to enhance performance management.
  • Knowledge of budgeting principles as they relate to human resources functions.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards
  • Strong program management skills to oversee multiple HR projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to engage with senior leadership effectively, providing insights on workforce trends and needs.
