Job Title: Office Manager / Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Location: Monticello, NY
Salary: $100,000+ depending on experience

Established automotive dealership group with multiple locations seeking an experienced Office Manager / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee accounting operations, payroll, HR administration, and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated accounting professional with dealership experience who is ready to grow with a stable, family-owned organization. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, including vehicle transactions, contract funding, payroll, reconciliations, and manufacturer communications.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, coordinate tax filings, and ensure compliance with dealership accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee HR administration, including onboarding, benefits, workers' compensation, insurance, payroll processing, and policy enforcement.
• Supervise accounting support staff, coordinate year-end activities with the CPA firm, and support internal audits and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Associate's degree in Accounting.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and bookkeeping experience, including staff supervision.
• Previous experience working in an automotive dealership environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, financial reporting, sales tax filings, and dealership accounting procedures.
