Seeking a dependable and tech-forward Office Associate. This role supports daily office operations, customer communications, and basic accounting functions while assisting the senior office administrator. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable using modern productivity tools and AI technology to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.

• Manage daily office communications including phone, email, and mail while providing professional customer service to clients and vendors
• Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and support document preparation using Microsoft Office and company systems
• Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoicing, payments, and simple reconciliations
• Support general office administration and identify opportunities to streamline workflows using AI tools or automation

• Prior experience in administrative assistance or office administration with strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience including invoicing, payments, or reconciliations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and comfort using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team environment; high school diploma required
