Responsibilities
- Meet with residents to review, verify, and collect required documentation.
- Assist residents with recertification paperwork and processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized resident files, records, and supporting documentation.
- Provide general administrative support and ensure paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative or office experience required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and document management skills.
- Ability to work directly with residents in a professional and helpful manner while handling confidential information.
- Previous property management, affordable housing, resident recertification, or tax credit experience is a strong plus, but not required.
