Marketing Specialist, FT, Monday - Friday. $26 to $28/HR
We’re seeking a creative and organized Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth.
  • Write engaging and compelling website and social media content to showcase our products and services
  • Capture photos and videos at project sites for use in marketing materials and campaigns
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including tracking budgets and analyzing lead generation success
  • Implement approved marketing initiatives within budget to drive leads and achieve goals
  • Coordinate and attend local home shows (seasonal weekends) to represent the company
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to support department goals and optimize marketing strategies
Requirements: 
  • 2+ years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office: WORD, OUTLOOK AND EXCEL, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, and similar software
  • Strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Willingness to visit active project sites for educational purposes and content gathering
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive approach to a growing and changing environment
  • Clear and consistent communication skills, with an openness to feedback and collaboration
  • This is an in-office position based in Goshen, NY. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to hit deadlines consistently
  • In person- NO REMOTE OR HYBRID
  • MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL
  • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER LICESNSE
  • MUST BE ABLE TO DO 4 HOME SHOWS A YEAR so OT on WEEKENDS ( 1 in Feb., March, April and August)
