Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: West Haverstraw, NY
Salary: $20 hourly, Contract to Permanent

Seeking Maintenance Technicians to support day-to-day upkeep of a residential property. This role focuses on light maintenance work, unit turnovers, and general grounds support to ensure apartments are move-in ready and well maintained.

Responsibilities:
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs
• Complete unit turnovers, including minor repairs and touch-ups
• Assist with light grounds maintenance and property upkeep
• Respond to routine maintenance requests as assigned

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in residential or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Ability to perform unit turnovers independently
• Dependable, hands-on, and detail-oriented
