Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Hurley, NY
Salary: $50,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience

Seeking Maintenance Technician to support production by setting up, maintaining, and repairing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations and high product quality. This role focuses on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and collaboration with plant teams.

Qualifications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; basic electrical and wiring skills
  • Ability to read mechanical/electrical blueprints and use diagnostic tools
  • Experience with hand and power tools, calipers, and micrometers
  • Completed 3-year technical training or equivalent experience

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose equipment issues and perform repairs to maintain production and quality
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and document findings
  • Test equipment after repairs, changeovers, or downtime
  • Inspect products and equipment to identify defects and recurring issues
