Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Ravena, NY
Salary: $85,000+ annually, depending on experience

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and manage Maintenance Department. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance personnel in the setup, repair, and ongoing maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems within a production facility and will oversee equipment including conveyors, elevators, dryers, mixing tanks, screens, and other industrial machinery critical to manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose machinery and equipment malfunctions; perform or direct necessary repairs.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed safely, effectively, and on schedule.
  • Partner with plant leadership to evaluate equipment modifications or replacements and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and safety.
  • Initiate and manage purchase orders for maintenance parts, tools, and supplies.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive preventive maintenance program based on equipment specifications and operating conditions.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of industrial maintenance experience, including pneumatics and hydraulics.
  • Electrical experience and prior supervisory experience required.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
