Job Description

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Highland, NY
Schedule: Second Shift - Monday through Thursday, 2pm to 10:30am
Salary: $18 hourly (+$1 shift differential)

Responsibilities
  • Perform operator tasks using standardized procedures.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Follow lean manufacturing practices to reduce waste and improve processes.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and follow written procedures in English.
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and reach; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
