Job Title: Compliance Manager
Location: Ossining, NY
Salary: $108,312 annually

Seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee compliance and privacy programs across national and international operations, ensuring adherence to GDPR, HIPAA, OIG compliance standards, and applicable state regulations. 
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer, reporting to the COO and General Council
  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance and privacy programs across multiple locations
  • Lead HIPAA, GDPR, SHIELD Act, NYCRR, and breach response compliance efforts
  • Oversee audits, investigations, workforce training, policy enforcement, and PHI safeguards
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Legal Studies, Compliance, or related field; Master’s or JD preferred
  • 5–7 years of healthcare privacy or compliance experience, preferably in long-term care or healthcare
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, GDPR, OIG Seven Elements, state privacy laws, PHI lifecycle, and breach reporting
  • CHC and/or CHPC certification preferred, or ability to obtain within six months; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, SharePoint, ERP systems, EHR/EMR systems, and compliance tracking tools preferred
