Job Title: Laborer
Location: Carmel, NY
Salary: $21 hourly

Seeking Laborer to support daily shop operations, assist team members with projects, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and help prepare finished products for shipping.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain shop cleanliness, including garbage removal, pallet breakdown, seasonal property cleanup, snow removal, weeding, and general upkeep.
  • Assist mechanics, welders, painters, and engineers with shop floor projects as directed.
  • Make local delivery and pickup trips to vendors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with safely packaging finished products for shipping and completing general building maintenance tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Valid, clean driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work while wearing required PPE.
  • Familiarity with hand tools required; power tool experience is a plus.
  • Must be comfortable working on ladders, following safety training, reading instructions, performing basic math, and working respectfully with team members.
