Installation Crew Member
Middletown, NYThis is a hands-on role focused on installations—not service work. If you have general construction knowledge, are comfortable using hand tools, and don’t mind heights, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the installation of stoves, fireplaces, hot tubs, and other heating or outdoor products
  • Use common hand tools (hammers, drills, saws, etc.)
  • Work on ladders, roofs, and high places as needed
  • Follow safety guidelines and ensure quality installations
Qualifications:
  • General construction experience or proficiency with hand tools
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and dependability
Job Details:
  • Hours: Start at 8 AM, typically done by 5 PM (varies based on daily jobs)
  • Overtime may be available during busy season
  • Driving: Employees only drive to job sites if they need to leave early for an appointment
  • Benefits:
    • Health insurance available with participation
    • Paid holidays (major holidays included, but not necessarily all Monday holidays)
